Oakland City Council member Carol Fife and developer Colin Bering envision this four-story building at 415 20th Street as an innovation hub, aiming to revitalize the downtown area and support an innovation campus at 1900 Broadway.
The building is deemed suitable due to its existing 20-megawatt power connection, which simplifies power grid integration.
