An economist from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Isabel Brizuela, is scheduled to provide an update on regional economic conditions in the Borderplex region at an Aug. 4 business forum in Las Cruces. Sponsored by El Paso Electric, the forum will feature Brizuela, a member of the bank's regional research group, who conducts research on regional economic issues and writes for Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas publications.
