An unnamed AI-technology company based in Nevada has entered a purchase and sale agreement with Jefferson Enterprise Energy, LLC for a 132-acre industrial property near Lufkin, Texas, with plans to develop an AI data center. This acquisition, valued at $11.2 million according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing, would mark the second AI data center facility in the city.
