Wisconsin-based distributor of construction supplies opens new center near LEAP
Packer Fastener, a Wisconsin-based construction supply distributor, has opened a new 40,000-square-foot distribution center in Lebanon, Indiana's Business Park. This expansion aims to strengthen supply for commercial construction projects in rapidly growing industries, including data centers and renewable energy. The location was chosen due to its proximity to the LEAP Innovation and Research District, which hosts major developments like a Meta data center.
Packer Fastener, a Wisconsin-based distributor of fasteners and industrial supplies, has expanded its operations into Indiana with a new 40,000-square-foot distribution center in Lebanon's Business Park. The facility, located at 625 S. Enterprise Blvd., opened in June and is designed to enhance the supply chain for commercial builders, contractors, and manufacturers across the region.
CEO Terry Albrecht stated that the company is strategically expanding to rapidly growing markets to provide more localized inventory, improving lead times and delivery speed for partners. The new center will support industries such as commercial construction, renewable energy, power generation, and data centers.
The Lebanon Business Park is adjacent to the Limitless Exploration and Advanced Pace Innovation and Research (LEAP) District, a 9,000-acre hub developed by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. The presence of companies like Eli Lilly, which opened a location earlier this year, and a Meta data center currently under construction, makes the business park an attractive location for companies like Packer Fastener looking to support a burgeoning industrial landscape.
