No data center moratorium in Henderson What happens next

Henderson is not pausing new data center applications, but city leaders say that does not mean a facility could be approved immediately. The Henderson City Council took no action Tuesday on a proposed 180-day moratorium after roughly two hours of discussion and public comment. Instead, the city plans to use individual development agreements to review future proposals while considering broader changes to its development code. Mayor Michelle Romero said there are currently no data center applications before the city.
