Approximately six months ago, Crow Holdings announced plans for a 245-megawatt data center campus at the location. The company did not respond to requests for comment regarding the current situation.
The cessation of event bookings has left long-time tenants, such as Party Fest, which has called Market Hall home for nearly two decades, searching for a new venue. While acknowledging property owners' rights, some exhibitors express sadness over the potential loss of a historic event space.
