Second water right application for Kevin O’Leary’s Utah data center project withdrawn

O'Leary Digital, the entity behind the proposed Stratos Project data center in Box Elder County, Utah, has withdrawn its second water right application. The application, filed less than a month prior, sought to transfer irrigation water for use by the data center project, which is famously backed by celebrity investor Kevin O'Leary. This marks the second instance of a water right application being canceled for the project.
