Residents raise concerns about humming noise near South Jersey data center

WHAT'S THAT NOISE? Some residents in Vineland, New Jersey, say a persistent humming noise they believe is coming from a nearby data center under construction is disrupting their daily lives. Neighbors in the area say the noise is coming from the facility on South Lincoln Avenue.
