Kassi Solberg, a vocal proponent for increased public involvement in data center developments, was detained by Yellowstone County Sheriff's deputies along with her husband, Brendan Solberg, at MontanaFair. Interim Sheriff Kent O’Donnell subsequently issued a statement on Tuesday morning addressing the situation.
