AZIO AI Holdings signed a five-year power purchase and hosting agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited for 10 megawatts at its Atlas One data-center campus in South Texas. The deal could expand to 50 megawatts and generate up to $450 million, but the initial capacity has not yet been energized and remains subject to infrastructure and other conditions.

AZIO AI Holdings announced Power Purchase and Hosting Agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited for the Atlas One data-center campus in South Texas. The initial commitment covers 10 megawatts of power, facility space and interconnectivity services for AI computing equipment over five years, with estimated capacity reservation charges of about $90 million. Power Champion has rights to expand to 50 megawatts, which could raise the agreement’s value to roughly $450 million if infrastructure improvements are completed and the capacity is energized.

Atlas One remains under development across more than 548 acres. AZIO says the campus is engineered for up to 500 megawatts of behind-the-meter power, but site qualification for the initial tranche was incomplete when the agreement was announced, and no capacity had been energized. The project is part of a broader Texas data-center boom that is straining the ERCOT grid and raising concerns about future electricity and water demand.
