Almost full house for Conshohocken data center hearing before Plymouth Township's zoning hearing board

The application, submitted by 900 Conshohocken Road LLC, an entity linked to developer Brian O'Neill, seeks a special exception for a data center at the former steel mill property located at 900 Conshohocken Road in Conshohocken.
During the meeting, additional parties sought status to participate. The Borough of Conshohocken was granted party status, while the Municipality of Norristown's request was denied by the board, which deemed its concerns too general. Five nearby residents and one individual from Whitemarsh also received party status, with the latter specifically citing concerns about air quality due to family medical conditions.
