Activists to Arizona utility regulators: Tucson doesn't want massive data center

Opponents of the proposed Project Blue data center complex in Tucson, Arizona showed up to voice their disapproval to the Arizona Corporation Commission, the state's utility regulators, even though the project was not on the commission's agenda.
