The Spanish Fork City Council has approved a zoning change, moving a proposed data center project closer to reality. The development is slated for the former Fingerhut warehouse located at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon.

Volition, a Provo-based company, is behind the proposal, intending to transform the million-square-foot warehouse, currently operating as a distribution center, into a data center.
