Pima County to hold virtual meeting on data center zoning rules

Pima County will host a virtual open house from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday to discuss proposed zoning code changes governing new data centers. Development Services staff will present the proposals and answer residents' questions during the online meeting.
The session follows the Pima County Board of Supervisors' vote to impose a 120-day moratorium on new data centers while the zoning changes are considered. County officials are also accepting public feedback through an online survey open until Oct. 21.
