Kirksville Planning & Zoning Commission to hold regular meeting on Wednesday

The Kirksville Planning & Zoning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, September 9, at Kirksville City Hall. The agenda includes a public hearing for the proposed rezoning of a vacant lot on West Gardner Street from multifamily residential to local business, as well as a review of the final plat for Shandy Farms. Additionally, the commission will address a conflict of interest review regarding disclosure procedures for municipal officials.
A separate special public hearing and meeting focusing on data center zoning amendments has been scheduled for the following week, on Wednesday, September 16. This dedicated session will take place at Baldwin Hall 102 at Truman State University.
