12/10/25 Marana Planning Commission data center hearing

On 12/10/25, the Marana Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend rezoning ~600 acres of land for hyperscale data center use, and the Marana Town Council will vote on the plan at their next meeting 1/6/26.
