Innovation 411 Fee Owner, LLC, an entity controlled by developer Brian O’Neill of MLP Ventures, is seeking conditional use approval from the Borough of West Conshohocken to build a data center on vacant property along Front Street. The site sits near the border with Upper Merion Township and across the river from another proposed data center site in Plymouth Township.
The property previously operated as a quarry, cement plant and municipal solid-waste disposal site. O’Neill became involved with the property and an adjoining Upper Merion parcel in 2018 and has proposed multiple data centers in the surrounding townships. The application remains subject to borough approval.
