Scheffler stated that the plant is projected to operate for an average of 2 to 4 hours per day, a plan he confirmed following a community open house hosted by Scale Microgrids in June. The permit application was prepared with "transparent and conservative Potential to Emit" assumptions to establish the plant's maximum operating scenario while ensuring compliance with emissions limits.
