Commission releases recommendations to P&Z Board

The County Commission released recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Board concerning a solar and data center framework. These recommendations explicitly exclude commercial wind-energy projects, stating that wind energy regulations will be addressed separately. The Planning and Zoning Board will continue its current wind energy direction unless instructed otherwise by the County Commission.
