Advocates and lawmakers rallied at the Pennsylvania State Capitol to push for legislation that would enact a three-year moratorium on data center development across the Commonwealth. Lawmakers and advocates gathered at the State Capitol on Tuesday to call for the passing of legislation that would put a pause on data centers in the Commonwealth.
State Senator Katie Muth (D-Chester, Montgomery, Berks) joined Food & Water Watch and dozens of impacted residents from across the state to call on the legislature to pass a three-year moratorium on data center development.
