Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear announced an executive order aimed at safeguarding residents from the potential negative effects of future data center developments. The Governor, joined by Kentucky Public Service Commission Chair Angie Hatton and Energy and Environment Cabinet Secretary John Lyons, stated the order will direct these state agencies to implement specific measures regarding data centers.
