Jay Davis, President and CEO of Brite Energy Innovators, sits down with Kenn Dowell. Jay has worked Ohio energy policy from the Statehouse to K Street. He says Cleveland Public Power doesn't have an extra 150 megawatts sitting around waiting to be sold. He blames 90% of the rate problem on a regulatory system that wasn't ready for the boom. And he says that in this city, the Black community controls a lot of the government levers that will decide how this ends.
