The Town of Janesville's planning and zoning committee is reviewing a proposal from an unnamed tech company for a new data center. According to Doug Rebout, the committee's chairman, the town received a letter in April outlining the concept. The proposed development would be situated on farmland at the intersection of North Polzin Road and West Fenric Road, behind a local electrical contractor's facility.
