Special accommodations are being prepared in Colorado Springs for an appeal hearing regarding a proposed data center, scheduled for July 23rd. The hearing, anticipated to last 8 to 10 hours, will address five separate appeals. Commissioners were briefed on the marathon session, during which each appeal will be heard individually unless cases are combined.

Public comment will also be allowed, with each person allotted two minutes to speak, requiring in-person attendance. Arrangements have been made to hold the hearing at the End Center for the Arts.
