Town Council Moves to Solidify Phillipsburg’s Data Center Ban via Master Plan Update

The Phillipsburg Town Council is moving to solidify its previously enacted data center ban, Ordinance 202608, by embedding it into the town's Master Plan. The Phillipsburg Land Use Board will commence a Master Plan reexamination on June 25 to integrate these restrictions.
