The New Albany City Council has referred a proposed one-year data center moratorium ordinance to its Development and Annexation Committee. City Council President Adam Dickey confirmed that the council will not hold a vote on the moratorium until the committee completes its review. The committee is scheduled to meet on Monday at 2 p.m. at City Hall to discuss the proposed ordinance.
