This review follows a previous decision by the Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors on February 28, 2023, which approved a rezoning request for the land from Agricultural-2 to Industrial-1. County staff analysis has confirmed that the project's proposed location, character, and public utilities are in accordance with the county's Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission's role is to further evaluate the project and issue a recommendation.
