Turner noted that despite having 253 data centers, they only account for 10% of the county's potable water consumption, largely because most already utilize closed-loop water systems.
Based on this observation, Supervisor Turner advocated for a mandate requiring all new data center developments in Loudoun County to implement closed-loop water systems.
