Grow Janesville Responsibly, an organization spearheaded by George Cullen, CEO of J.P. Cullen and Board President of Forward Janesville, has publicly endorsed the city's recently enacted data center moratorium. Speaking at a press conference at the former General Motors site, Cullen praised the city's decision, stating that the moratorium would facilitate the collection of essential information and the subsequent update of building and zoning codes. This, he argued, would foster 'responsible development' within Janesville. Jackie Wood, owner of Olde Towne Mall, was also present at the Tuesday afternoon press conference.
