Mitat Aydindag, president of technology at Arvato, emphasized the unprecedented scaling of the U.S. data center market, particularly in AI-driven environments where logistics performance directly impacts deployment speed and uptime. The new Dallas-Fort Worth hub aims to integrate secure warehousing, specialized handling, and coordinated last-mile execution into Arvato's U.S. data center platform.
The Denton facility spans approximately 270,000 square feet, with an initial 150,000 square feet allocated for operations and substantial room for future expansion. Its strategic location with direct access to Interstate 35 and proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport positions it to serve one of the most dynamic data center markets in the U.S. Arvato plans to manage sensitive hardware flows, coordinate complex white-glove deliveries to active and under-construction data centers, and offer high-security warehousing. The company has already commenced operations for its first client at the new site.
