To facilitate community engagement, the City plans to host an informational open house later this month. This event will allow residents to engage with subject-matter experts and city staff at topic-specific tables. For those unable to attend in person, an online input survey, along with the full recommendations, a work session presentation, and FAQs, is available on the city's website.
The proposed zoning amendments are scheduled for action by the Zoning Commission on July 8. If approved, these amendments will be forwarded to the City Council. The City Council is then slated to take action on the entire regulatory package, which includes zoning, noise, water, and economic development policy amendments, on August 11.
