October 7: Data Center Community Engagement Event
The City of Lowell's Department of Planning and Development is hosting a second public engagement event to discuss proposed data center zoning options. Residents are invited to review and provide feedback on these options, which will inform adjustments before moving to a zoning subcommittee.
The City of Lowell's Department of Planning and Development (DPD) has scheduled a second public engagement event for Tuesday, October 7, from 6:30 - 8:00 PM at the Lowell Senior Center. The event aims to gather community feedback on proposed data center zoning options.
Participants will engage in moderated, small-group discussions to review and provide input on the zoning options presented by the DPD. The feedback collected during this event will be used to refine the proposed zoning language before it is advanced to a zoning subcommittee for further discussion.
Residents unable to attend the in-person event can still review the proposed options online and submit their comments or questions via email to DPDprojects@lowellma.gov.
