Under the agreement, BlackRock, together with Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and HPS Investment Partners, both part of BlackRock, will provide capital for the project, while Meta will oversee construction management, administrative, and property management services. Meta will also be the campus’s initial sole occupant once the facility is completed.
