Campus No. 1, located at 6682 FM 535, encompasses 112 acres and an estimated $440 million in capital improvements, featuring one two-story building. Bastrop County approved a tax abatement agreement for this campus in December 2024, with completion anticipated this summer.
Campus No. 2 involves properties at 6682 FM 535 and 6402 FM 535, covering 951 acres and proposing $1.4 billion in capital improvements. This campus plans for two initial buildings and seven additional buildings in future phases. Campus No. 3, situated on 400 acres at 6543 FM 535, is in preliminary stages, with nine data center buildings envisioned. EdgeConneX has submitted requests for excavation and grading activities, but no permit applications for the actual data center buildings have been filed for Campus No. 3.
