Developer hears concerns over proposed Martindale-Brightwood data center

A proposed data center is once again taking center stage in Martindale-Brightwood, where some want servers to go online while others say it’s time to hit “delete.”
Los Angeles-based Metrobloks is seeking to develop land near East 25th Street and Sherman Drive on Indianapolis’ northeast side. The site, formerly home to the Sherman Drive-In Theater, has sat vacant for more than 40 years, a key reason developers say the property is ripe for investment.
