Trammel Crow Company, a global development firm specializing in data center construction, has acquired several hundred acres of land in West Richland, Washington. The Dallas, Texas-based company, which has been involved in the development of at least 10 data centers nationwide, including a multi-billion-dollar project in Georgia, has not yet submitted any development proposals to the city.
