Developers have withdrawn their request for an AI data center in Lebanon County

Developers have officially withdrawn their application for a proposed AI data center in South Annville Township, Lebanon County, effectively ending the project's plans. Attorneys representing the ownership group, which includes Inch and Co., formally notified the South Annville Township Board of Supervisors of their decision to no longer pursue the development. This withdrawal occurred prior to a scheduled Wednesday night vote by the supervisors on an amendment to a zoning ordinance that would have paved the way for the data center. The decision by the developers means the project will not move forward in the township.
