The Gregg Township Board of Supervisors is developing an ordinance to regulate data centers, a move spurred by a proposal from PNK Group, a New York City-based company, to build a data center in an existing 479,388-square-foot building at Great Stream Commons in Allenwood. During a public meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, more than 110 residents attended to provide feedback on the issue.
Solicitor Jenna Neidig, Secretary/Treasurer Jodi Willow, Vice Chairman Michael Keiser, Chairman David Masser, Supervisor Arthur Masser, and Zoning Officer Tom MacDonald were present. The board hired Attorney Rick Shoch to assist in drafting the data center ordinance. The public hearing for the ordinance has been rescheduled for June, indicating continued progress on the regulatory framework.
