Data center moratorium bill passes as legislature adjourns for summer

The New York state legislature has passed "THE RESPONSIBLE DATA CENTER DEVELOPMENT ACT," which includes a moratorium on new data centers. This bill successfully passed both houses of the legislature as it adjourned for the summer.
