Northern Piedmont neighbors push against data center

Stokes County residents have filed a lawsuit against the county to prevent the rezoning of 1,845 acres for a data center project named 'Project Delta'. Plaintiffs cite environmental damage, disturbance of cultural and burial sites, and inadequate public notice and environmental impact assessments.
