Delaware, Susquehanna, Potomac River Basin Commissions To Host April 16 Data Centers - What About Water? Webinar

The Delaware River Basin Commission, Susquehanna River Basin Commission, and Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin are co-hosting an April 16 webinar titled "Data Centers - What About Water?". This virtual event will explore how water factors into the rise of data centers, why it matters for communities and shared resources, and the role of interstate River Basin Commissions in addressing these concerns. These include an April 2 in-person event by the Buffalo Creek Watershed Alliance, focusing on A.I. data centers in Lewisburg, Union County. Another event, the "PA Community Organizing Summit On A.I. Data Centers," is scheduled for April 18 in Pittsburgh. Furthermore, Penn State Extension is hosting two virtual webinars: "Data Centers - State And Local Regulation (Part 2)" on April 7, and "Agriculture Meets Hyperscale A.I.
