Sussex County town continues data center fight

Mayor Tom Walsh and Andover residents are resolute in defending their position, citing widespread community concern for the environment, including water, air, and wildlife, regardless of political affiliation.
Environmental activists warn that the judge's ruling in this case could set a significant precedent for other New Jersey municipalities facing similar data center proposals, potentially undermining community decision-making in favor of developers.
