
Data center CEO: 'We can build an AI factory' in Bonner
Representatives from Krambu and Paradox Infrastructure held a public meeting in Bonner, Montana, to discuss a proposed 3-megawatt data center. Residents expressed heated concerns regarding the facility's potential energy and water consumption. The project is planned for the Bonner Industrial Mill Site.
Steve Wood, CEO of Krambu and Paradox Infrastructure, and other representatives held a public question-and-answer session on Friday, March 20, in Bonner, Montana, to address local residents' concerns regarding a proposed data center facility.
During the meeting, which at times became heated, community members questioned the companies about the facility's anticipated consumption of energy and water. The proposed 3-megawatt operation is slated for the Bonner Industrial Mill Site.
Also present at the meeting were County Planner Jennie Dixon, Bonner Mill Industrial Site Manager Mike Heisey, and Matt Afana, a project manager for Polar Construction, a Coeur d'Alene-based company collaborating with Krambu on the proposal.
