The Wood County Planning Commission will consider a request to rezone a 39-acre parcel in Middleton Township, adjacent to Meta's data center project. A. Schaller Limited Partnership seeks to rezone the land from agricultural to industrial, with Liames LLC intending to use it for construction parking.
The Wood County Planning Commission is scheduled to review a rezoning application on Tuesday, July 7, for approximately 39 acres of land in Middleton Township. The parcel is situated next to the Meta data center development.
A. Schaller Limited Partnership has submitted the application, seeking to change the zoning classification from A-1 Agricultural to M-1 Industrial. The applicant is reportedly under contract to sell the land to Liames LLC, which plans to use the site for construction parking. The property is located north of Ohio 582 and east of Ohio 25. The planning commission meeting will take place on the fifth floor of the Wood County Office Building in Bowling Green.
