The proposed data center development encompasses a 576,777-square-foot, one-story facility along with integrated office space.
Other major permits filed this week include a three-story Health Sciences Instructional Building for Austin Community College's Hays Campus, renovations at the Liberal Arts and Science Academy in Austin, a new Bartlett’s Steakhouse location in Austin, and a new convenience store with future tenant spaces in Pflugerville.
