A Kentucky family told CNN affiliate WKRC they turned down a reported $26m offer to sell part of their Kentucky farmland to an unnamed AI company. Ida Huddleston and her daughter Delsia Bare say the company offered to purchase roughly half their land to turn it into a data center.
