North Port city commissioners are scheduled to vote on an 18-month moratorium concerning new data center developments. The proposal follows ongoing evaluations by the city regarding a significant data center project in the Deep Park area, located in the northeastern part of the city. This project outlines the construction of seven data center buildings, collectively spanning nearly 900,000 square feet on approximately 112 acres.
