Middlesex Township officials say they are working on a "community benefit agreement" with the developers of the PAX-1 data center project.
On Wednesday, the township board of supervisors outlined the proposed agreement during a board meeting.
"We are working hard on this to try and protect the residents," Vice Chairman Phil Neiderer said during the meeting.
