SHREVEPORT, La. - Multiple disruptions and ejections marred recent meetings of the Caddo Parish Commission, including one instance where law enforcement escorted an individual out during public comments on Thursday. The man, identifying as a "community advocate" from Shreveport, directly challenged commissioners' authority and respect for the public before his time expired and he was removed.

This incident follows a work session earlier in the week where two other individuals were removed for similar outbursts. These earlier disruptions occurred as residents expressed their opposition to data center developments in the parish. Commission Chairman Gregory Young called for a recess after Thursday's incident, and the commission has reiterated its request for residents to follow decorum rules during official proceedings.
