This public outreach follows a preliminary presentation made by Natelli Holdings to the Calvert County Board of County Commissioners on March 24, detailing plans for a multi-building data center campus. A third-party study projected over $3 billion in development and construction costs, with an estimated $3 million in county tax revenue annually during the initial two-year construction phase. The upcoming session by Natelli Holdings mirrors a similar public information event held by Amazon AWS in late March at Calvert Middle School, which also addressed local concerns and provided project details. Neither Natelli's nor Amazon's project has been officially proposed to the county at this time, though the Calvert County Government website offers additional information on data centers for residents.
